General information

Every conversion can cause deviation from the original i. e. layout and form of presentation can be changed.

 

During the congress the files should be taken to the Media Desk if possible one day but not later than 60 minutes before the session (not your lecture). This time is necessary to get the presentations checked and imported to the lecture hall. Files up to 15 MB can be sent in advance to the following email account:

Your email should clearly indicate the lecture and session you are scheduled. Incoming mails will be confirmed.

Mediacheck Room PC workstations are open to all speakers as well as internet facilities.
Visa The organizers recommend all participants to check the visa-agreement of Germany with the respective country of origin. Participants may wish to contact the German embassy of their country.
Language English (without translation)
Internet There will be internet facilities at the media check room.
Credit Cards All major credit cards (Visa, American Express, Mastercard) are accepted by almost every shop, restaurant or hotel.
